Crossroads Westside is a Pet-Friendly community with Pet Spa and the LARGEST OUTDOOR Bark Park in downtown Kansas City! There is a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet and a $400 non-refundable pet fee for 2 pets. There is also a monthly charge of $35 per pet. These fees are due at the time of move-in.
